peach season is in full swing ladies & gents. this recipe is for the times when you want ice cream but need a balanced smoothie. I had this post workout for a light lunch and might need to make it everyday now. we will see. the consistency is juusstttt perfect :)
recipe:
★base 1/2 water + 1/2 @califiafarms unsweet vanilla almond mlk
★1 handful frozen peaches
★1/4 frozen banana
★1 tbs almond butter, i use @barneybutter
★one scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
★1/4 tsp spirulina
★cinnamon
❕crucial — top with honey drizzle and more cinnamon.
