protein smoothie: just peachy

peach season is in full swing ladies & gents. this recipe is for the times when you want ice cream but need a balanced smoothie. I had this post workout for a light lunch and might need to make it everyday now. we will see. the consistency is juusstttt perfect :)


recipe:

base 1/2 water + 1/2 @califiafarms unsweet vanilla almond mlk

1 handful frozen peaches

1/4 frozen banana

1 tbs almond butter, i use @barneybutter

one scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

1/4 tsp spirulina

cinnamon

❕crucial — top with honey drizzle and more cinnamon.
