supplements, supplements, supplements. if you get anything from this post- please, just take your vitamin c and fish oil... even if your boyfriend compares you to the elderly with their "pill organizers" whatever !! here is a curated, simple list to share what works for me!! take some n leave some as you pleaseeeee :)

vitamin C-
the current one I use is from sprouts, but I linked the brand I will be ordering next. I mean non GMO, pure vitamin C from scotland? sign. us. up. hellloooo who does not want a wicked immune system & glowyyyy skin? take us to the land of increased collagen production and antioxidant protection.
I take the one linked above, due to a large amount of women's multis containing cranberry, which I am HIGHLY allergic to. what? allergic to cranberry? ik. ha. anyway, they are also delicious & will make you want to eat the entire bottle (DON'T). another option for YOU :)
d3-
vitamin d3 helps your body to absorb vital nutrients to promote strong, healthy bones.
b12-
assist your metabolism, benefits hair + nails, decreases fatigue, & more!
