i was NOT going to leave you with justtttt a full body workout. we have to target key areas and it seems we have plenty of time to do it. feeling & looking better this summer than ever before is the goal in mind. lets burn those abs (or soon to be) & inner thigh muscles!!
add ankle weights to your inner thigh circles and/ or 3-5 pound dumbbells to the russian twists for an extra somethin :)
print it, post it, send it, DO IT.
you know the drill.
